A Tower of Faith and Goodness

Although I myself am not Catholic, and I don't know a lot of people who are, my thoughts and prayers go out to people of all faith as Pope John Paul II, a tower of faith and goodness, holds on to the last breaths of his long life of service in Christ.

Like I said, I'm not a Catholic, but I still feel like I myself am losing someone who has played some part in my life that I don't even know about. There, I think, will be a large void in me upon the passing of the Pope.

Again, my thoughts and prayers go to the Pope, his followers, and the world as this tragic event comes to a close.
